Our founder, Brad Ainslie, is a longtime Boulder resident who has watched the city he loves grow more expensive with every passing year. From young professionals to service workers, many of the people who make Boulder thrive were finding it harder to stay. Brad believed there had to be a smarter way. A way to create flexible housing solutions that kept families together, supported homeowners, and made thriving communities possible.
With 25 years of experience in finance, real estate, and sustainable infrastructure, Brad saw the potential of modular construction to meet this challenge.
