Olerra Living Innovations ("Olerra," "we," "us") designs and builds accessory dwelling units (ADUs) in Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect through olerra.com — including our ADU handbook request, consultation booking, and free Property Check forms — and how we use it.
The short version: we collect what you give us so we can do what you asked — send your handbook, book your consultation, or check your property. We never sell your personal information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.
What we collect depends on which form you use:
When you visit olerra.com, we and our service providers collect standard technical information: the pages you view, the site or ad that referred you, and general device and browser details. If you arrive from an ad or campaign link, we store its parameters (such as UTM tags and Google or Meta click IDs) in your browser for up to 90 days so that, if you later contact us, we know which ad or search brought you. Requesting the handbook on its own does not add you to a mailing list — we send the handbook you asked for, and that's it.
We contact you the way you asked. Handbook and booking requests are handled by email. If you give us your phone number and choose phone or text as your preferred contact method, we may call or text you about your request — message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can always email sales@olerra.com to opt out of anything.
We keep personal information for as long as we're working with you, and for a reasonable period afterward for records, legal, and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see your rights below.
Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, and we extend the same courtesy to everyone: you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, or opt out of targeted advertising and marketing messages.
To exercise any of these rights, email sales@olerra.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we'll respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we'll take a second look.
Our site and services are for homeowners and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No website or system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Meaningful changes will be noted at the top of the page.
